ATM Fees If you use an ATM to obtain a cash advance and the ATM is not operated by us, you may be charged an ATM surcharge by the ATM operator or an ATM network utilized for such a transaction. The ATM surcharge may be charged to your account if you complete the transaction.
Payment and Fees 4.1 Invoices will be sent via email and invoiced amounts include applicable sales taxes and VAT.
Dues and Fees Grantee certifies that it is not prohibited from receiving an Award because it pays dues or fees on behalf of its employees or agents, or subsidizes or otherwise reimburses them for payment of their dues or fees to any club which unlawfully discriminates (775 ILCS 25/1 et seq.).
Payments and Fees Customer must pay the Fees according to the payment terms in the Sales Order in the currency stated. All invoices will only be delivered electronically using the billing and contact information provided by Customer. Customer agrees to provide clear indication with its payment as to which invoices (or portions thereof) the payment should be applied. Alternatively, these payment details can be emailed to Xxxxxxx@Xxxxxxx.xxx no later than the date of payment.
Expenses and Fees Except as expressly provided otherwise herein, all costs and expenses incurred in connection with this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby shall be paid by the Party incurring such expenses.
Tuition and Fees The School Corporation shall not charge tuition to any student, other than a non-resident student in accordance with § 38-1802.06(e) of the Act, unless such student would otherwise be liable for tuition costs under the Act. The School Corporation shall not charge for participation in the School’s credit recovery program any student who is not liable for tuition costs under the Act, should the school operate such a program. The School Corporation may charge reasonable fees or other payment for after school programs, field trips, or similar non-mandatory student activities.
Program Fees Stripe will provide the Issuing Platform Services to you and the Stripe Issuing Services to Stripe Issuing Accountholders at the rates and for the fees described on the Stripe Pricing Page, unless you and Stripe otherwise agree in writing. In addition to the fees, you are also responsible for any penalties imposed on you or Stripe in relation to your use of the Issuing Platform Services. Fees and penalties may include periodic fees, foreign transaction fees, penalties for misuse, funds transfer fees, account maintenance fees, Card issuance or replacement fees, and penalties for late or failed payments. All fees or penalties you owe are in addition to amounts owed for Card Transactions and Card accounts associated with each Stripe Issuing Account. Stripe may change fees or penalties by providing Stripe Issuing Accountholder advance notice before revisions become applicable to Stripe Issuing Accountholder, subject to Law.
SERVICE CHARGES AND FEES You will pay fees incurred on the Account, including, without limitation, fees imposed by a Third Party through Your initiation of a Transaction. You will pay the service charges that We establish from time to time for The Services, including, without limitation, service charges for providing records regarding You that We are legally required to provide. You acknowledge receipt of a schedule of Our charges for The Services in effect at the time of acceptance of this Agreement. We may, from time to time, increase or decrease the service charges for The Services and provide notice of such changes by sending a notice to Your Contact Info, by posting notice at Our premises or on the Financial Institution’s website, by personal delivery, or by any other means We, acting reasonably, consider appropriate to bring the change to Your attention. Current service charges for The Services may be obtained by contacting Us or through the Financial Institution’s website. You are responsible for determining the then-current service charges for The Services You request, in advance of using The Services. By requesting The Services, You acknowledge Your agreement to pay service charges for The Services as requested as then in effect. The Financial Institution can deduct such obligations from Your Account (or other Accounts belonging to You with Us) when The Services are requested or performed. New or amended service charges and fees will become effective on the stated effective date following publication, when The Services are requested or performed, or when incurred, and in any event, no later than 30 days after publication by Us.
Remuneration and fees In most cases we are paid by commission from the insurer but in some circumstances, we may charge you a fee instead of commission or a combination of both where we arrange policies with a low commission. Where we charge a fee, this will not be liable for insurance premium tax or value added tax (insurance is a VAT exempt industry). All fees will be advised verbally and/or will be included within the Statement of Price document before you incept your policy. If you make a change or cancel your policy mid-term (other than in the 14-day Cooling Off period) which results in a return premium, we will retain all fees and any commission to cover our administration and advisory services. Our fees will be clearly shown in any invoice we issue to you, and we will advise you of the amount of any charge before you become liable to paying it. We have arrangements with some insurers to receive additional payments reflecting the size and/or profitability of our account with them and/or in respect of work we undertake on their behalf, and we will advise you where this is the case.
