  • RESPECT AND DIGNITY ‌ The Employer agrees that employees, the people who are a vital part of our success, must be treated with dignity, respect and fairness appropriate in the circumstances. The parties agree that allegations of inappropriate conduct may be grieved under Article 30. If the parties cannot resolve the issue through the grievance procedure, the matter may be referred to an arbitrator under Article 31. In the event the arbitrator finds that a violation of this letter has occurred, he/she will be limited to referring the case to the following dispute resolution process.

  • Electronic and Digital Signatures The parties to this Agreement agree that any electronic and/or digital signatures of the parties included in this Agreement are intended to authenticate this writing and to have the same force and effect as the use of manual signatures.

  • LOGOS, AND FLAGS The Supplier cannot use the seal(s), logos, crests, or reproductions of flags or likenesses of Federal agency officials without specific pre-approval.

  • Requirements Pertaining Only to Federal Grants and Subrecipient Agreements If this Agreement is a grant that is funded in whole or in part by Federal funds:

  • OUT OF STOCK, PRODUCT RECALLS, AND DISCONTINUED PRODUCTS H-GAC does NOT purchase the products sold pursuant to a Solicitation or Agreement. Contractor is responsible for ensuring that notices and mailings, such as Out of Stock or Discontinued Notices, Safety Alerts, Safety Recall Notices, and customer surveys, are sent directly to the Customer with a copy sent to H-GAC. Customer will have the option of accepting any equivalent product or canceling the item from Customer’s Purchase Order. Contractor is not authorized to make substitutions without prior approval.
