Customer Personal Data definition

Customer Personal Data means the personal data contained within the Customer Data.

Customer Personal Data means any Personal Data Processed or used or intended to be used as part of a filing system by a Contracted Processor on behalf of a Customer pursuant to this Agreement;

Customer Personal Data means any Personal Data Processed as a Processor by BT in the context of providing the Services under this Agreement.

Examples of Customer Personal Data in a sentence

• Provided that an adequate level of data protection consistent with the Data Protection Laws and this Agreement is ensured by Palantir, Customer specifically authorizes Palantir Affiliates as listed here and as updated from time to time to act as Xxxxxxxx’s Subprocessor(s) including by Processing Customer Personal Data for the purposes of the Agreement for the delivery of Service and/or Professional Services to Customer.

• Customer Personal Data provided to Palantir for Processing (including via the Service) by or at the direction of Customer or Customer’s Users.

• In the event that Customer acts as a Processor (or Subprocessor) in respect of Customer Personal Data, Customer represents and warrants to Palantir that it is validly authorized by the relevant Controller to enter into the Agreement and this DPA and to provide Customer Instructions (as defined below) on behalf of the Controller in relation to Customer Personal Data.

• Accordingly, the Parties shall comply with applicable Data Protection Laws as relevant to their respective Processing of Customer Personal Data under the Agreement.

• For the avoidance of doubt, Customer is disclosing Customer Personal Data to Palantir only for the limited and specified Business Purposes set forth within the Agreement and the Customer Instructions.

More Definitions of Customer Personal Data

Customer Personal Data means any Personal Data Processed by or on behalf of Bottomline on behalf of Customer under the Agreement.

Customer Personal Data means any Personal Data that is processed by the Provider on behalf of the Customer in relation to the Agreement;

Customer Personal Data means any data that is defined as ‘personal data,’ ‘personal information’ or ‘personally identifiable information’ (or analogous term) under applicable Data Protection Laws that Customer uploads into the Cloud Services or that Customer otherwise provides to WorkFusion under this Agreement.

Customer Personal Data has the meaning set out in clause 1.

Customer Personal Data means Personal Data which any customer or prospective customer discloses to Diamond Electric, or which Diamond Electric processes on behalf of any customer or prospective customer, pursuant to this Agreement.

Customer Personal Data means the Order Personal Data and / or Service Personal Data;

Customer Personal Data means personal data that is processed by Google on behalf of Customer in Google’s provision of the Processor Services.
