Draft Final Plans and Specifications.  Incorporate comments from the draft review meeting into the design documents.  Prepare a draft final set of plans and specifications to approximately 90‐percent completion for review by the City PM.  Develop estimate of costs to the City that could be incurred by delays in the construction schedule to provide justification for liquidation damages.  Update engineer’s opinion of probable construction costs.
