Common use of Draft Final Technical Progress Report and Final Technical Progress Report Clause in Contracts

Draft Final Technical Progress Report and Final Technical Progress Report. These reports are to include a summation of the work performed and results obtained for the entire contract period of performance. This report shall be in sufficient detail to describe comprehensively the results achieved. The Draft Final Report and Final Report shall be submitted in accordance with the DELIVERIES Article in SECTION F of the contract. The Draft Final Technical Progress Report shall be submitted one hundred twenty (120) calendar days before completion date of the contract and the Revised Final Technical Progress Report shall be submitted at sixty (60) calendar days before the completion date of the contract. The report shall conform to the following format:

Draft Final Technical Progress Report and Final Technical Progress Report. A Draft Final Report will be submitted to the Contracting Officer’s Representative for review and comment at least 45 days prior to the contract completion date. Within 15 days of receipt, the Contracting Officer’s Representative will provide the Contractor written comments on the Draft Final Report. These reports are to include a summation of the work performed and results obtained for the entire contract period of performance. This report shall be in sufficient detail to describe comprehensively the results achieved. The Draft Final Report and Final Report shall be submitted in accordance with the DELIVERIES Article in SECTION F of the contract. An Annual Technical Progress Report will not be required for the period when the Final Technical Progress Report is due. The Draft Final Technical Progress Report and the Final Technical Progress Report shall be submitted one hundred twenty (120) calendar days before completion date in accordance with the dates set forth in F.2. of the contract and the Revised Final Technical Progress Report shall be submitted at sixty (60) calendar days before the completion date of the this contract. The report shall conform to the following format:
