Copies of FDA Correspondence and Meeting Summaries. (a) For any formal meeting with the FDA, the contractor shall forward initial draft minutes and subsequently final meeting minutes appropriately formatted within thirty (30) calendar days of the FDA meeting to the BARDA Contracting Officer’s Technical Representative. (b) The contractor shall forward the final draft minutes of any informal meeting with the FDA to BARDA. (c) The contractor shall forward the dates and times of any meeting with the FDA to BARDA at least 30 days prior to the meeting and make arrangements for appropriate BARDA staff to attend FDA meetings. (d) The contractor shall provide BARDA the opportunity to review and comment upon any documents to be submitted to the FDA. The contractor shall provide BARDA with five (5) business days in which to review and provide comments back to the contractor.

  • Copies of Reports So long as the Offered Certificates are outstanding, the Depositor shall furnish, or cause to be furnished, to each Underwriter (i) copies of each certification, the annual statements of compliance and the annual independent certified public accountants’ servicing reports furnished to the Certificate Administrator pursuant to the Pooling and Servicing Agreement as soon as practicable after such statements and reports are furnished to the Certificate Administrator; (ii) copies of each amendment to any of the Basic Documents; and (iii) copies of all reports or other communications (financial or other) furnished to holders of the Offered Certificates, and copies of any reports and financial statements furnished to or filed with the Commission, any governmental or regulatory authority or any national securities exchange, all of which may be furnished by the posting thereof on the website of the Certificate Administrator.

  • Reports and Meetings A. Sub-adviser shall furnish to the Board or Adviser, or both, as appropriate, such information, reports, evaluations, analyses and opinions as are required by law or that the Board or Adviser, as appropriate, may reasonably require, including, without limitation: compliance reporting and certification with respect to: 1.   • Copies of Agreement The Union and the Employer desire every employee to be familiar with the provisions of this Agreement, and her rights and obligations under it. For this reason, the Union shall have printed sufficient copies of the Agreement for distribution to employees.

  • Correspondence The Employer agrees that all correspondence between the Employer and the Union related to matters covered in this Agreement, shall be sent to the President of the Union or designate. The Employer agrees that a copy of any correspondence between the Employer or Employer's official and any employees in the bargaining unit covered by this Agreement, pertaining to the interpretation or application of any clause in this Agreement, shall be forwarded to the President of the Union or designate.

  • Copies of Agreements The Union and the Employer desire every employee to be familiar with the provisions of this Agreement and his/her rights and obligations under it. For this reason the Union shall print sufficient copies of this Agreement for distribution to employees. The cost of printing shall be borne by the Union. The Employer shall provide a copy of the Collective Agreement to new employees.

  • Contract Negotiations Meetings Where operational requirements permit, the Employer will grant leave without pay to an employee for the purpose of attending contract negotiations meetings on behalf of the Institute.

  • NOTICES AND CORRESPONDENCE Notices regarding the subject matter of this Agreement or breach or termination thereof shall be in writing and shall be addressed in duplicate to the last known address of each other party, marked respectively to the attention of its President and, if any, its General Counsel.

  • Copies of Notices Promptly upon its receipt of any notice, request for consent, financial statements, certification, report or other communication under or in connection with any Transaction Document from any Person other than the Administrative Agent or any Lender, copies of the same.

  • Delivery of SEC Correspondence To supply the Underwriters with copies of all correspondence to and from, and all documents issued to and by, the Commission in connection with the registration of the Stock under the Securities Act or any of the Registration Statement, any Preliminary Prospectus or the Prospectus, or any amendment or supplement thereto or document incorporated by reference therein.

  • Reports/Meetings The Contractor shall develop reports and any other relevant documents necessary to complete the services and requirements as set forth in this Contract. The County’s Project Manager and the Contractor’s Project Manager will meet at a County designated location to discuss the Contractor’s performance and progress under this Contract, at the request of the County’s Project Manager. If requested by County, the Contractor’s Project Manager and other project personnel shall attend all meetings. The Contractor shall provide such information that is requested by the County for the purpose of monitoring progress under this Contract.
