Common use of Draft Manual Clause in Contracts

Draft Manual. Upon Contract commencement, the Contractor will be provided with a draft Manual which includes the current policies, practices and procedures which have been approved for use by the Authority (attached following award hereto as Exhibit J). The draft Manual shall be followed until a revised Manual prepared by the Contractor is submitted to and approved by the Authority.
