Project Manual. A bound manual prepared by the Design Professional. It includes the Invitation to Bid, Instructions to Bidders, the Bid Form, the Specifications, the General Conditions and Supplementary General Conditions.
Project Manual. The Project Consultant, in its leadership capacity, shall review and coordinate with the Owner regarding the preparation of the following:
.1 The necessary bidding information, the bidding forms, the conditions of the contract and Division 1 with respect to the foregoing documents and regarding any other Agreements necessary for construction of the project. However, in no case will Project Consultant amend or delete items from these documents without prior review and written approval from Owner.
.2 A project specific set of Division 1 specifications based upon master documents provided by the Owner, including all schedules, lists and inventories as required to complete the Owner's master documents including Contractor's Submittal schedules, warranty schedules, salvage schedules, preliminary construction schedule, etc.
Project Manual. The bound documentary information prepared for bidding and constructing the Work. A listing of the contents of the Project Manual, which may be bound in one or more volumes, is contained in the table(s) of contents.
Project Manual. (1) Upon award of contract the Construction Manager shall develop a draft Comprehensive Project Manual describing the services set forth in this Contract. This shall provide a plan for the control, direction, coordination and evaluation of work performed throughout the project organization including identification of Key personnel, responsibilities of Construction Manager, Owner and Architect- Engineer; work flow diagrams; and strategy for bidding the work. The Project Manual shall be updated as necessary throughout the design, construction and Owner occupancy phases. Five copies of the Project Manual and any updates shall be submitted to the Owner and Architect-Engineer. In developing the Project Manual, the Construction Manager shall coordinate with the Owner and the Architect- Engineer.
Project Manual. A bound manual prepared by the Program Manager. It includes the Request for Proposals, the Specifications, the General Requirements and Supplementary General Requirements, and Addenda.
Project Manual. The Project Consultant, in its leadership capacity, shall review and coordinate with the Owner regarding the preparation of the following:
.1 The necessary changes to bidding information, bidding forms, conditions of the contract and Division 1 in response to Phase II 100% Construction Documents. This may include, but is not limited to, required changes in the Construction Documents in response to the Building Department permitting process, changes to bidding/award and construction schedules, project specific Division 1 thru 17 changes, and required alternate bid items. However, in no case will Project Consultant amend or delete items from these documents without prior review and written approval from Owner.
Project Manual. Within fifteen (15) Business Days of COD, Licensee shall provide a complete project manual to the Judicial Council in a format set forth in Section 7.8 of this SLA. Licensee shall subsequently notify the Judicial Council of any changes to the Project Manual within ten (10) Business Days of such change.
Project Manual. The set of documents assembled for the Work which includes, but is not limited to, Contract Documents, Bidding Requirements, Sample Forms, Conditions of the Contract, General Requirements, and the Specifications.
Project Manual. 11.3.1.2.1 The Design Professional shall insert Division 0 and Division 1 into the specifications.
11.3.1.2.1.1 Th e Design Professional shall not add or delete items from the Division 0 and Division 2 documents without prior written approval from the Owner.
11.3.1.2.2 Approved list of alternate bid items, as authorized by the Owner shall be integrated into the project bid documents and the specifications.
Project Manual. 9.3.6.1 All Project Manual documents as necessary to receive building permits for the complete scope of work shall be included and shall be substantially complete.
