Submittals Submittals required by the Contract Documents shall be prepared specifically for the Work by the Contractor to illustrate some portion of the Work. Submittals are not Contract Documents.
REPORT SUBMISSION 1. Copies of reporting packages for audits conducted in accordance with 2 CFR Part 200, Subpart F-Audit Requirements, and required by PART I of this form shall be submitted, when required by 2 CFR 200.512, by or on behalf of the recipient directly to the Federal Audit Clearinghouse (FAC) as provided in 2 CFR 200.36 and 200.512 A. Recipients, when submitting financial reporting packages to the Department of Environmental Protection for audits done in accordance with 2 CFR 200, Subpart F-Audit Requirements, or Chapters 10.550 (local governmental entities) and 10.650 (non and for-profit organizations), Rules of the Auditor General, should indicate the date and the reporting package was delivered to the recipient correspondence accompanying the reporting package.
Invoice Submission All invoices submitted by Contractor shall include the City Contract Number, an assigned Invoice Number, and an Invoice Date. City will provide Contractor with an invoice cover sheet. Invoice cover sheets are required to be accurately completed and submitted with each invoice. Submittal Schedule Within sixty days after the Effective Date of the Contract, the Contractor shall prepare and submit a Submittal Schedule for review and approval of the Design Professional. In establishing the Submittal Schedule the Contractor shall take into account large submittal documents that will require longer review times, e.g., submittals with over fifty sheets of drawings. The Design Professional’s approval shall be based on conformance of the Submittal Schedule with the Overall Project Schedule, subject to change from time to time in accordance with the progress of the Work.
Submittal Reports, plans, surveys, field notes, original drawings, computer tapes, graphic files, tracings, calculations, analyses, reports, specifications, data, sketches and/or schematics prepared by A/E and supporting documents (collectively referred to hereinabove and hereinafter as the "A/E Work Product(s)"), shall be submitted by A/E on or before the dates specified for completion, as set out in the Production Schedule set forth in Exhibit C.
