Drainage Report. CONSULTANT will prepare the Draft and Final Roadway Drainage Report in accordance with Riverside County Criteria. Reports will be prepared for the 35%, 65% and 95% PS&E submittals. The Roadway Drainage Report will identify strategies and requirements for use by the design engineer to prepare the drainage plan sheets associated with preferred alternative. The Roadway Drainage Report will address the existing drainage condition and the proposed mitigation and design. This report shall consider both onsite and offsite systems. Flood width calculations will be prepared to determine inlet spacing and locations. The scope of the drainage plans is based on utilization of existing cross culverts and downstream drainage systems for tying in new or relocated drainage systems or extending existing systems. Analysis and design for upgrade of any deficient existing off-site or downstream/upstream on-site drainage facilities, if such facilities are not impacted by the roadway work, are not included in this Scope of Work. The upsizing of cross culverts is beyond the scope of this project. k. Analyze proposed roadway and outfall drainage improvements to quantify impacts to revised existing condition model. This contract does not include the detailed design of outfall improvements outside of the right of way, except for ditch outfall transitions of cross drainage culvert structures to the existing ditch.
