Drama, Forensics, Musical, and Stage Band Stipends. Such stipends are included herein as Appendix B. After 9 years, the stipend shall increase by 3% each year, unless step 9 is greater than the 3% increase in which case the individual shall remain on step 9. With the approval of the supervisor, music stipends contained in Appendix B may be redistributed to reflect changes in duties.
