That is to say, a) “minor detail” shall include the concept of substantially identical components, where the price of each such component is small even through the aggregate cost or importance is substantial, and shall include a single component which is incidental, even though its cost or importance may be substantial, and b) the quality and quantity of the parts or materials so supplied shall conform to trade standards and be compatible with the functionally complete type, composition, strength, size, and operable Project described profile of the parts or materials otherwise set forth in the Drawings and SpecificationsConstruction Documents.

That is to say, a) “minor detail” shall include the concept of substantially identical components, where the price of each such component is small even through the aggregate cost or importance is substantial, and shall include a single component which is incidental, even though its cost or importance may be substantial, and b) the quality and quantity of the parts or materials so supplied shall conform to trade standards and be compatible with the functionally complete type, composition, strength, size, and operable Project described profile of the parts or materials otherwise set forth in the Drawings and SpecificationsConstruction Documents.
9.8 Drawings and Specifications are intended to comply with all laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations of constituted authorities having jurisdiction, and where referred to in the Contract Documents, the laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations shall be considered as a part of the Contract Documents within the limits specified.

Drawings and Specifications. 9.1 A complete list A. Generally, the Specifications describe work which cannot be readily indicated on the Drawings and indicate types, qualities and locations for the installation of the various materials and equipment required for the Work. It is not intended that the Specifications will mention every item of Work which can be adequately shown on the Drawings nor is it intended that the Drawings show all items of Work described or required by the Specifications even if they are of such nature that they could have been shown thereon. 9.8 B. By execution of the Agreement, CM represents and covenants that:
1. CM has visited the Site, become familiar with local and all special conditions under which the Work is to be performed and based on information provided by the County and public utilities and other available information, understands what is required to enable CM to coordinate the Work with the efforts of the County and public utilities performing work in the vicinity of the Site; and
2. CM has checked with all public utilities having facilities at or near the Site, and understands based on information provided by the public utilities what is required to not interrupt utility services to other buildings in the vicinity of the Site; and
3. Without assuming the obligations of the Design Consultant, CM has carefully examined the Drawings and Specifications are intended prepared to comply with all laws, ordinances, rulesdate, and regulations of constituted authorities having jurisdictionwill carefully examine modifications of, and where additions to, the Drawings and Specifications throughout the Project. Any change to the GMP must follow the procedures set forth in Section XXXIII of this Exhibit, subject to the provisions of and limitations contained elsewhere in this Agreement. Other than as provided in Section XXXIII of this Exhibit, but subject in all instances to the provisions of and limitations contained in this Agreement, CM shall not be entitled to extra or additional compensation for performance of Work to deliver the Project as contemplated by the Construction Documents.
C. Any difference noted between the requirements of the Drawings and the Specifications or any differences noted within the Drawings themselves or within the Specifications themselves, shall be referred to the Design Consultant by the CM. The Design Consultant/County shall determine which provisions shall apply.
D. The CM shall be responsible for the removal of man-made obstructions, utilities and natural underground obstructions to the extent identified in the Contract Construction Documents, or to reasonably be expected considering the lawsnature of the Site and their historical and current use.
E. CM shall be responsible for all structural excavation to the extent required for installation of grade beams, ordinancesslab on grade, rulesstone, subbase, and regulations shall be considered the like. If any material additional excavation is required due to the existence of unsuitable soil conditions as a part determined by the Design Consultant, and such soil conditions could not have been identified by the CM, then CM, with the approval of the Contract Documents within Administrative Agent, may be entitled to claim an adjustment to the limits specifiedProject Schedule and/or GMP, subject in all instances to the provisions of and limitations in Section XXXIII herein and elsewhere in this Agreement. CM may claim such adjustment only if the CM has used commercially reasonable efforts to mitigate or take other appropriate actions to address the conditions and avoid any additional delay or cost.
