Interrelation of Documents. The Job Order Documents as referenced in the Contract between Owner and Contractor are complementary, and what is required by one shall be as binding as if required by all.
Interrelation of Documents. Errors. This Contract, Contractor ---------------------------------- drawings or specifications, and Technical Information and all reference standards cited are essential parts of this Contract requirements. A requirement occurring in one is as binding as though occurring in all. They are intended to be complementary and to describe and provide for complete Work. In the event Contractor discovers any apparent error or discrepancy of a material nature, it shall promptly notify Owner and the Independent Engineer for Owner's interpretation. Failure of Contractor to so notify Owner of errors or discrepancy will constitute a waiver of any claim arising therefrom. No conflict between the terms of such documents shall operate to relieve Contractor from any obligation contained in any such document.
Interrelation of Documents. Should the plans, diagrams, change orders (if any), or other media conflict one with another, or with the Scope of Work in general, the Contractor shall clarify the inconsistency with the Architect and obtain written instructions as to how to interpret the conflicting documents proceeding with any work related to the same.
