Driver License Review. 1. Local 6070 Bargaining Unit Members must upon request by the University present their driver’s license or Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) if applicable, for inspection. Failure to present the requisite driver’s license immediately places that employee on unpaid administrative leave for the remainder of the workday unless the license can be obtained in a reasonable period of time.
