Common use of Driver's License Requirements Clause in Contracts

Driver's License Requirements. Unit employees who are in a classification which requires the possession and maintenance of a valid California driver's license and/or are required to drive a vehicle for the City are required to inform their division management of any restrictions, suspensions or revocation of their said driver's license.

Driver's License Requirements. Unit employees who are in a classification which requires the possession and maintenance of a valid California driver's license and/or are required to drive a vehicle for the City shall participate in the State of California Department of Motor Vehicles Employee Pull Notice program. Affected unit employees are required to inform their division department management on the first working day after official notification of any restrictionsa conviction which results in a restriction, suspensions suspension, or revocation of their said driver's license.
