If employees use their own cars in the course of their work, and if no other arrangements are agreed, then the decision of the Government Travelling Expenses Committee on kilometre rates shall be used as a guideline. Amendments to these rates will be published in accordance with amendments to the rates applying to civil servants and will take effect from the date of publication.
