Law Enforcement Requests Should law enforcement or other government entities (“Requesting Party(ies)”) contact Provider with a request for Student Data held by the Provider pursuant to the Services, the Provider shall notify the LEA in advance of a compelled disclosure to the Requesting Party, unless lawfully directed by the Requesting Party not to inform the LEA of the request.
Costs of variations, amendments, enforcement etc The Borrower shall pay to the Agent, on the Agent's demand, the amount of all expenses (including, without limitation, any legal fees or expenses) incurred by a Lender in connection with: (a) any amendment or supplement to a Finance Document, or any proposal for such an amendment to be made; (b) any consent or waiver by the Lenders, the Majority Lenders or the Lender concerned under or in connection with a Finance Document, or any request for such a consent or waiver; (c) the valuation of any security provided or offered under Clause 15 or any other matter relating to such security; (d) such circumstances where the Agent, in its absolute opinion, considers that there has been a material change to the insurances in respect of a Ship, the review of the insurances of that Ship pursuant to Clause 13.18; (e) any step taken by the Lender concerned or the Swap Bank concerned with a view to the protection, exercise or enforcement of any right or Security Interest created by a Finance Document or for any similar purpose. There shall be recoverable under paragraph (e) the full amount of all legal expenses, whether or not such as would be allowed under rules of court or any taxation or other procedure carried out under such rules.
Expenses of Enforcement, Etc The Guarantors agree to reimburse the Administrative Agent and the other Holders of Guaranteed Obligations for any reasonable costs and out-of-pocket expenses (including attorneys’ fees) paid or incurred by the Administrative Agent or any other Holder of Guaranteed Obligations in connection with the collection and enforcement of amounts due under the Loan Documents, including without limitation this Guaranty.
Law Enforcement 24.1 Each Party may cooperate with law enforcement authorities and national security authorities to the full extent required or permitted by Applicable Law in matters related to Services provided by it under this Agreement, including, but not limited to, the production of records, the establishment of new lines or the installation of new services on an existing line in order to support law enforcement and/or national security operations, and, the installation of wiretaps, trap-and-trace facilities and equipment, and dialed number recording facilities and equipment. 24.2 A Party shall not have the obligation to inform the other Party or the Customers of the other Party of actions taken in cooperating with law enforcement or national security authorities, except to the extent required by Applicable Law. 24.3 Where a law enforcement or national security request relates to the establishment of lines (including, but not limited to, lines established to support interception of communications on other lines), or the installation of other services, facilities or arrangements, a Party may act to prevent the other Party from obtaining access to information concerning such lines, services, facilities and arrangements, through operations support system interfaces.
Audits, Inspection and Enforcement Within ten (10) days of a request by CE, BA and its agents and subcontractors shall allow CE or its agents or subcontractors to conduct a reasonable inspection of the facilities, systems, books, records, agreements, policies and procedures relating to the use or disclosure of Protected Information pursuant to this Addendum for the purpose of determining whether BA has complied with this Addendum or maintains adequate security safeguards; provided, however, that (i) BA and CE shall mutually agree in advance upon the scope, timing, and location of such an inspection, (ii) CE shall protect the confidentiality of all confidential and proprietary information of BA to which CE has access during the course of such inspection; and (iii) CE shall execute a nondisclosure agreement, upon terms mutually agreed upon by the parties, if requested by BA. The fact that CE inspects, or fails to inspect, or has the right to inspect, BA’s facilities, systems, books, records, agreements, policies, and procedures does not relieve BA of its responsibility to comply with this Addendum, nor does CE’s (i) failure to detect or (ii) detection, but failure to notify BA or require BA’s remediation of any unsatisfactory practices, constitute acceptance of such practice or a waiver of CE’s enforcement rights under the Contract or Addendum. BA shall notify CE within five (5) days of learning that BA has become the subject of an audit, compliance review, or complaint investigation by the Office of Civil Rights or other state or federal government entity.
General Enforcement Authority That the terms of this Agreement shall be enforced in accordance with the provisions, terms and authorities provided in this Agreement and under the respective laws and regulations of each Participating State.

Specific Enforcement Each party hereto acknowledges that the remedies at law of the other parties for a breach or threatened breach of this Agreement would be inadequate and, in recognition of this fact, any party to this Agreement, without posting any bond, and in addition to all other remedies that may be available, shall be entitled to obtain equitable relief in the form of specific performance, a temporary restraining order, a temporary or permanent injunction or any other equitable remedy that may then be available.
Child Support Enforcement Requirements Contractor is required to comply with the child support enforcement requirements of the County. Failure of the Contractor to comply with all federal, state, and local reporting requirements for child support enforcement or to comply with all lawfully served Wage and Earnings Assignment Orders and Notices of Assignment shall constitute a material breach of the Contract. Failure to cure such breach within 60 calendar days of notice from the County shall constitute grounds for termination of the Contract.
ENHANCED AND SUPPLEMENTAL SERVICES BY COUNTY 8 1. Enhanced services for events on CITY property. At the request of CITY, 9 through its City Manager, SHERIFF may provide enhanced law enforcement 10 services for functions, such as community events, conducted on property 11 that is owned, leased or operated by CITY. SHERIFF shall determine 12 personnel and equipment needed for such enhanced services. To the 13 extent the services provided at such events are at a level greater than that 14 specified in Attachment A of this Agreement, CITY shall reimburse COUNTY 15 for such additional services, at an amount computed by SHERIFF, based on 16 the current year’s COUNTY law enforcement cost study.
