Common use of Drug Free Workplace Act Clause in Contracts

Drug Free Workplace Act. Section 44.1. All bargaining unit employees shall refrain from working under the influence, the unlawful use, manufacture, distribution, or possession of controlled substances or alcohol while on duty, on County premises, or at any workplace. The Employer shall provide a drug-free workplace and educational information for all bargaining unit members. Also, all bargaining unit members shall comply with the Adams County Commissioners’ drug testing policy.
