Drug Free Workplace Act. The Contractor shall comply with the provisions of §§ 50-24-1 through 50-24-6 of the Official Code of Georgia Annotated (O.C.G.A.) relating to the “Drug-Free Workplace Act” and shall execute a certification in the form of Section K - Attachment 01, incorporated herein by reference.
