DRUG PROGRAM CERTIFICATION PROVISIONS. Provider shall comply with all State and County requirements regarding program licensure or certification, including but not limited to state licensure for residential facilities, state certification for non-residential Providers, and/or County certification of residential facilities and Recovery Residences. Provider shall comply with any program instituted by the Board of Supervisors for evaluation, inspection or certification of Provider’s facilities, employees, or programs including, but not limited to, the County’s Certification Program.
