Drug Testing Laboratory. 1. The District shall use a drug testing laboratory certified under Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) Mandatory Guidelines for Federal Workplace Drug Testing Programs; 53 FR 11970, April 11, 1988, and subsequent amendments. 2. The laboratory shall provide services in accordance with Part 40 and Part 382. The name and address of each Substance Abuse Mental Health Screening Association (SAMHSA) laboratory used by the District is contained in Appendix A.
