Whenever District officials have reasonable suspicion that a bargaining unit member is under the influence of drugs or alcohol while at work or while at any school District activity, the District may immediately request that the employee submit to testing designed to determine whether the employee is, in fact, under the influence of drugs or alcohol in violation of policy, rule, or law.
