Drug Tests. No driver shall be on duty and possess, be under the influence of, or use any of the drugs, including, but not limited to those listed below. Drug tests will be conducted on urine specimens, which will be analyzed for the following drugs: 1. Marijuana 4. Opiates (including heroin) 2. Cocaine/crack 5. Phencyclidines (PCP) 3. Amphetamines 6.
