Dry Workflow Purchase. Pursuant to the terms of the December 21, 2007 Addendum, on August 7, 2008 ATMI elected to apply its payment for the Wets Workflow in Appendix D of the Addendum to the purchase of a Dry Workflow. In conjunction with the mutual execution of this Amendment, the parties shall execute the Dry Workflow Purchase Agreement governing the sale, license and use of the Dry Workflow, related software, and Intellectual Property rights.
