DS1/DS3 Requirements. Notwithstanding the above, nothing in this Section shall limit AT&T’s obligation tooffer CLECs unbundled DS1 and DS3 loops (or loop/transport combination), regardless of the Loop medium employed, in any wire center where AT&T is required toprovide such loop facilities.
