Due Backs. (2005) It is the intention of the Employer to ensure proper arrangements are made so that due backs are paid the following day (Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm and Saturday & Sunday from noon), for those employees working in one of the classifications in Epic Restaurant and/or Epic Lounge.
