Due Date for Fines. Fines are due within twenty (20) calendar days of the Receipt Date set forth on the Notice of Violation and Fine Assessment (NVFA). Receipt is presumed two (2) business days after mailing or one (1) business day after facsimile or e-mail transmission. If a notice is sent by more than one method, the earlier Receipt Date applies.
