DUE TO CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP AND ASSIGNMENT. In case the Contractor's rights and/or obligations under this Agreement and/or the Contractor's rights, title and interest to the Drilling Unit are transferred or assigned without the Operator's consent, the Operator may, at its absolute discretion, terminate this Agreement, as provided in Article 25.1 "Assignment and change of ownership" hereunder.
