Dues and Benefit Deductions Programs. 1. The City shall deduct dues on a regular basis from the pay of all classifications and positions recognized to be represented by IPOA or who voluntarily authorize such deductions, in writing, on a form to be provided for this purpose which is mutually agreed to by the IPOA and the City. 2. The City shall remit such funds to the Union within thirty (30) calendar days following the deductions.
