DUES CHECKOFF AND INITIATION FEES. 2.5.1 From every pay cheque, the Employer agrees to deduct from all employees an amount equal to the monthly dues, initiation fees and assessments of the Union, upon receipt of a written assignment for this purpose. Dues shall be deducted from the employee except when the employee is terminated, discharged, or retired.
