DUES CHECKOFF AND UNION SECURITY. (A) The Town agrees to deduct union dues upon receipt of authorization cards from employees who desire to have the employer deduct such dues. The Treasurer of the Town of North Attleborough, after such deductions are made, will remit on a weekly basis the monies deducted to the Treasurer of the North Attleborough Police Patrol Officers’ Association along with a list of current Union members. The Treasurer of the Patrol Officers’ Association will comply with all applicable bonding statutes.
