Dues, Representation Fees and Payroll Deductions. 1. Payroll Deduction of Association Dues: The District shall provide for Association membership payroll dues deductions through automatic payroll authorization procedures. It is the responsibility of the Association to obtain written authorization from faculty members so affected. Dues deductions shall be continuous thereafter. Such deductions shall be remitted as directed by the Association.
