Duration — Amount of penalty — Calculation. Administrative penalties exclude the beneficiary from all contracts and grants financed from the EU or Euratom budget for a maximum of five years from the date the infringement is established by the Agency. Financial penalties will be between 2% and 10% of the maximum EU contribution in the estimated budget (see Annex 2).
