Common use of DURATION AND DISTRIBUTION OF THE AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

DURATION AND DISTRIBUTION OF THE AGREEMENT. 24.1: This Agreement, after having been first executed by both parties in accordance with applicable Florida Statutes and PERC regulations, and after having been ratified by the Employees in the Bargaining Unit and adopted by the City Commission of Coconut Creek, Florida, shall become effective upon ratification and shall continue in full force and effect until September 30, 2025. This Agreement shall not be retroactive except to the extent provisions of this Agreement specifically so indicate.
