Conference Rooms. When TVA conference rooms are not in use by TVA or otherwise committed by TVA, they are available for assignment to recognized unions whose memberships are wholly or largely composed of TVA employees. Arrangements to use rooms are made through representatives designated by TVA.

Access to conference rooms may be denied if the Union fails to adhere to the provisions of this Article. Employees who attend meetings with Union’s representatives will do so on their own time.

Conference rooms are for meetings with customers, teammates, and clients ONLY and not to be used for events unless authorized by Clearly Coworking. Client may not re-sell or donate conference room time to anyone.

Conference Rooms. A conference room is available in the Technology Center. Licensees can reserve the conference room for periods of 2 to 4 hours by calling the NOC at (▇▇▇) ▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇. Licensees will be charged a minimum of two hours and additional hours in one hour increments. Cancellation charges shall apply if rooms are not cancelled 24 hours prior to the scheduled time.
Conference Rooms. At each Agency location, Union representatives are permitted to reserve and use conference rooms for union activity to the same extent as employees who act on behalf of other non-federal organizations. To reserve a conference room, a Union representative shall follow local procedures and cc the sanctioned official time-authorizing official.
