Conference Rooms Clause Samples

The 'Conference Rooms' clause defines the terms under which conference room facilities are provided and used within a property or by a service provider. It typically outlines the process for reserving rooms, any associated fees, usage restrictions, and responsibilities for maintaining the space during and after use. For example, it may specify advance booking requirements, permitted activities, and liability for damages. This clause ensures that all parties understand the rules for accessing and utilizing conference rooms, thereby preventing disputes and promoting orderly, fair use of shared facilities.
