DURATION AND EFFECT OF AGREEMENT. 31.1 The specific provisions of this Agreement, and of other negotiated items, shall supersede any policy or directive of the Board which contradicts any such provision of this Agreement. 31.2 The provisions of this Agreement may be changed only through the written mutual consent of the Board and the Association. 31.3 All terms and conditions of employment not covered by this Agreement or by other negotiated items shall continue to be subject to the Board's direction and control. 31.4 This Agreement shall be effective July 1, 2023, and shall continue in effect through June 30, 2026, except as provided in the following paragraph. 31.5 Negotiations shall commence by April 1, 2024, April 1, 2025, and April 1, 2026, for the purpose of seeking mutually acceptable contract adjustments on the following items only: · Salary · Medical Insurance · Any other negotiable items with mutual consent of both parties
