Common use of DURATION AND EFFECTIVE DATE Clause in Contracts

DURATION AND EFFECTIVE DATE. 32.01 The agreement shall remain in effect until the 31st day of December, 2019, unless either party gives to the other party a written notice of a desire to amend this agreement, in which case shall continue in effect for a further year without change.
