DURATION AND PLEDGE. 31.1 This AGREEMENT shall become effective on July 1st, 2018, provided otherwise herein, and shall remain in effect through June 30th, 2021, and shall continue in effect from year to year thereafter unless changed or terminated in the manner herein provided. 31.2 Either party desiring to change or terminate this AGREEMENT must notify the other in writing at least sixty (60) calendar days prior to the expiration date specified in 30.1 of this Article. When notice is given for the desire to negotiate changes, the nature of such changes shall be specified in the notice. Until a conclusion is reached regarding such changes, the original provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
