Common use of Duration of Confidentiality obligation Clause in Contracts

Duration of Confidentiality obligation. The obligation of each Party to refrain from using or disclosing Confidential Information received from the other Party pursuant to this Agreement shall terminate five (5) years after the expiration or termination date of this Agreement.
