Common use of Duration of Confidentiality Obligations Clause in Contracts

Duration of Confidentiality Obligations. Employee understands and acknowledges that Employee’s obligations under this Agreement with regard to any particular Confidential Information shall commence immediately and shall continue so long as the information protected remains confidential in nature.

Duration of Confidentiality Obligations.
