Duration of Construction Phase. The Design Professional's responsibility to provide Basic Services for the Construction Phase of the Project under this Agreement commences with the award of the Construction Contract for the Project and terminates upon acceptance by all authorities having jurisdiction, or upon the District’s written acceptance of the completed Project or written notice from the District that services are no longer required.
