Duration of Disentanglement Obligations. The Manager’s obligation to provide Disentanglement Services will continue during the period (the “Disentanglement Period”) commencing on the date that a Manager Termination Event occurs and ending on the date on which the Successor Manager or the re-engaged Manager shall assume all of the obligations of the Manager hereunder.

Duration of Disentanglement Obligations. The Manager’s obligation to provide Disentanglement Services will not cease until the earlier of (a) the date a Disentanglement reasonably satisfactory to the Control Party has been completed and (b) the date the Disentanglement Period expires. The “Disentanglement Period” means the period of time designated by the Control Party, continuing for up to eighteen (18) months after the date of the Manager’s termination due to a Manager Termination Event. The Disentanglement Period will commence on the date that the Manager is terminated.
Duration of Disentanglement Obligations. The Master Servicer’s obligation to provide Disentanglement Services will continue until the earlier of (a) the date a Disentanglement reasonably satisfactory to the Control Party has been completed and (b) the date the Disentanglement Period expires. The “Disentanglement Period” means the period of time designated by the Control Party, continuing for up to twenty-four (24) months after the date of the Master Servicer’s termination due to a Master Servicer Termination Event. The Disentanglement Period will commence on the date that the Master Servicer is terminated.
