Disentanglement Period definition

Disentanglement Period has the meaning set forth in Section 6.3(c).
Disentanglement Period means the period commencing on the (A) delivery of the Termination Notice to the Manager or (B) delivery of a resignation notice by the Manager and ending on the date on which a Successor Manager or the re-engaged Manager assumes all of the obligations of the Manager under this Agreement.
Disentanglement Period means the period of time designated by the Control Party, continuing for up to eighteen (18) months after the date of the Manager’s termination due to a Manager Termination Event. The Disentanglement Period will commence on the date that the Manager is terminated.

  • The summary suspension shall take effect immediately upon service of a written notice of suspension by the Collector.

Related to Disentanglement Period

  • Agreement Period means the period between the Agreement Date and the Expiry Date, unless terminated earlier on the Termination Date;

  • Settlement Period has the meaning specified therefor in Section 2.02(d)(i) hereof.
