Common use of Duration of Obligation Clause in Contracts

Duration of Obligation. While the Parties agree that it is the responsibility of each third- party LEC or CMRS provider to enter into arrangements to deliver Local Traffic and IntraLATA Toll Traffic to Sprint, they acknowledge that such arrangements are not currently in place and an interim arrangement is necessary to ensure traffic completion. Accordingly, until the earlier of (i) the date on which either Party has entered into an arrangement with such third-party LEC or CMRS provider to deliver Local Traffic and IntraLATA Toll Traffic to Sprint; and (ii) the termination of this Agreement, CBT will provide Sprint with Transit Service.
