Duration of Offer. The Offer shall be irrevocable for a period of 30 (Thirty) days from date of signature of the application overleaf, and this agreement, with the exception of clause 7, shall only come into operation upon the acceptance by MTC of the Offer before the expiry of the said period.
Duration of Offer. Purchaser has executed and submitted this Agreement to Seller as an offer for acceptance by Seller to be evidenced by Seller's execution of this Agreement. Purchaser's offer as represented by this Agreement shall continue in effect only until February 6, 1998. If Purchaser has not received a copy of this Agreement executed by Seller on or before that date, Purchaser's offer and this Agreement shall immediately terminate and shall no longer be of any force or effect. This Agreement for the Purchase and Sale of Commercial Real Estate has been executed as of the date first written above.

This Offer is valid until a.m./p.m. on by which time a copy of this Offer shall be signed by the SELLER, accepting this Offer and returned to the BUYER, otherwise this Offer shall be deemed rejected and the money tendered herewith shall be returned to the BUYER. Upon written notice to the BUYER or BUYER’S agent of the SELLER’S acceptance, the accepted Offer shall form a binding agreement. Time is of the essence as to each provision.

20.2 The acceptance of this offer, or of any subsequent counteroffer hereto, that creates an agreement between the Parties as described in paragraph 1.2, shall be deemed made upon delivery to the other Party or either Broker herein of a duly executed writing unconditionally accepting the last outstanding offer or counteroffer.

Duration of Offer. This Offer to Purchase and Contract shall be effective for thirty (30) days from the date hereof. Following acceptance of this Offer to Purchase and execution by the Seller, the parties shall remain bound hereby for an additional thirty (30) days and closing shall occur before the expiration of such period.
Duration of Offer. Until signed by Us, this Agreement will be considered to be an offer by You. If this Agreement is not signed by Us and delivered to You on or before twenty-one (21) days after You sign it, then this offer will be considered void.
