Common use of Duration of Services Clause in Contracts

Duration of Services. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, each of CBS and Entercom shall provide or cause to be provided to the respective Recipients each Service until the earlier to occur of, with respect to each such Service, (i) the expiration of the term for such Service (or, subject to the terms of Section 7.01(d), the expiration of any Service Extension) as set forth on Schedule A or Schedule B (each a “Schedule,” and, collectively, the “Schedules”) or (ii) the date on which such Service is terminated under Section 7.01(b).
