Common use of Duration of Services Clause in Contracts

Duration of Services. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, each of HP and Enterprise shall provide or cause to be provided to the respective Recipients or their Affiliates, as applicable, each Service from the start date specified in the applicable Service Schedule until the earliest to occur of, with respect to each such Service, (a) the expiration of the term for such Service (or, subject to the terms of Section 7.1(c), the expiration of any Service Extension) as set forth on the applicable Service Schedule; (b) the date on which such Service is terminated under Section 7.1(b); or (c) the expiration or termination of this Agreement.
