Common use of Duration of the Agreement Clause in Contracts

Duration of the Agreement. 1. This Agreement shall remain in force for an undefined period of time. 2. This Agreement may be terminated by mutual written agreement of the Parties hereto or by a notice in writing. 3. Either party shall be entitled to abandon this Agreement by a written notice without giving any reason with a 3-month notice period, starting from the first day of the month following the service of the notice to the other Party. 4. The Parties agree that the mutual obligations under this Agreement that concern the students already acquired shall remain in force even after termination of this Agreement.
