Common use of Duration of the Agreement Clause in Contracts

Duration of the Agreement. This agreement shall come into effect as of the 1st day of April 2013, and shall remain in effect until the 31st day of March 2016, and thereafter from year to year unless terminated by written notice given by one of the parties to the other within a period of not more than two months, but not less than one month prior to the anniversary date.
