Common use of Duration of the appointment Clause in Contracts

Duration of the appointment. Subject to Clause 7, the Appointment shall be for a term of three years commencing on 1st October 2008 and shall continue thereafter unless and until terminated by either the Company or the Director giving to the other not less than three months' notice in writing to determine the same.
