Duration of the Employment. 3.1 The Employment under this Agreement shall commence on [insert date] and, subject to the provisions of this Agreement, shall continue unless and until terminated by the Company giving to the Executive not less than 12 months’ notice in writing or by the Executive giving to the Company not less than 6 months’ notice in writing at any time. In circumstances in which the Company has served notice, it shall not require the Executive to work for more than six months during the notice period and in respect of any such period worked, the Executive will continue to receive full remuneration and benefits (including bonus entitlement).
